Review on Ethernet 🔌 Plated Network Connectors by Lalaine Fernandez

These are really terrible end connectors. I've made lots of cables in the past, but most of the time this resulted in failed crimps (and worst of all, you don't know which end failed). After working with them for about 8 hours and only getting 2 working cables (I'm stubborn about solving problems) I bought a tester, a new crimping tool and new connectors based on my horrible experience. I first tried a working cable with new (non-continuous, although I don't think that feature is a problem) connectors and used a new crimping tool on one end and my old one on the other. With these connections at the end, the tester showed that NONE of the pins had a connection. I'm glad it was for home use only and not for a client! That would be a real disaster!
