Anyone planning on purchasing this chair should immediately remove the protective coverings and tighten the bolts, as they are only finger-tight and will eventually give way and cause the chair to squeak. Focus your tightening efforts on the point where the reclining back is attached. It's not at all obvious how to use or for whom this pillow is intended. Tilting the seat back, like in a car, would make landing easier, and no one would likely notice the pillow strapped to your lower back. Wheels: At first, I thought that the rubberized wheels did not drive well on linoleum, but I have since switched to laminate and rolled on tiles, and the movement is still with problems (probably due to the fact that the wheels are not in the direction difficult to turn in the direction of movement). However, based on my experience with other "gaming" chairs, this one is superior in quality, so I recommend you purchase it. The only modifications to this chair I would want to see implemented are new cushions, wheels, and a "forward" and "back" function for the armrests.
