I'm one of those people who like to sleep light in all weathers. And a bit harsh in the summer when it's triple digits outside and muggy. So, I love this cooling blanket and have tried all sorts. I've tried synthetics and a cool touch - in both a duvet and a lightweight duvet. While they may seem cool at first, I don't think they're useful all night as their usefulness diminishes as the night progresses. First, they are slippery and often slide right off the bed. Second, they don't breathe well, and when I wake up after high tide, the blanket is wet and gross too. Plus, the blanket sticks like crazy with no abuse. So I was excited to try this bamboo fiber cooling blanket. I have bamboo fiber boards and I LOVE them. I am very happy to report that this duvet is soft and cozy. It is light, does not wrinkle and does not slip off the bed. Best of all I've been using the blanket for a few weeks now and haven't had a single flush which is amazing. If you have doubts about the purchase - try it. You will not regret it!
