Update: These headphones are cheap and broken but *SELLER* is great! They might say it's $20 so take care of it as you're past the return deadline. Instead, they were very nice and quickly sent me a new pair a few days later. I would not buy these specific IEMs again, but I **WILL** use this seller again. Standing behind what they sell makes me a regular customer. Very comfortable, they are used for long sessions of video calls and listening to music. Great sound but quality/durability leaves a lot to be desired. The headphones never left my desk and were treated with care. One day the left earpiece stopped working. Tried different cables and it doesn't work anymore. I think you really do get what you pay for. Very disappointing.
