The staff is very knowledgeable about cybersecurity issues and has done extensive research into their products' capabilities as well as other companies'.
They are always available when you call them with questions or concerns! I don't think there's anything that really stands out negatively - just be sure they're right fit for what you want from this type service provider before signing up!! We needed someone who had experience working within our industry (financial services) but also was able to understand how technology works so it wasn't too technical for us non techies. Their team does exactly that.
