Mine will be 1 soon, she hates everything that comes on her feet but it doesn't seem to bother her. I don't have to fight her to save her. They are soft but very wide. I don't think they will last long because she is still crawling so the shoes are failing. Maybe it would be great for a kid starting to walk.
