Review on πŸ”¦ Ivation Emergency Power Failure 6-LED Light & Torch: Versatile Rechargeable Flashlight, Night Light, and Power Outage Light by Dianna Carr

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Decent, not outstanding.

I previously gave 2 stars because it seemed like the pins were upside down and the 90 degree rotation mentioned in the instructions wouldn't straighten them up. When I happened to see the video on the order page (which I assumed was a normal PR ad), I saw that the company said you could plug it in upside down and then rotate it 180 degrees. Previously I tried rotating the device manually according to the attached instructions but couldn't complete that task so I returned it. After seeing the video I ordered one and it also looked like the pins were upside down. But after plugging it in, I was able to turn it right side up. I'm giving it 3 stars now as it has been working well for several years, but the device has no function to signal that it's no longer working and the instructions that come with it aren't detailed (SOP) at all, so I've deducted a star. . Revain and/or Ivation should make the exact moves that make the device usable very clear, both on the promotional page and in the packaging. It would save Revane some money.
