I've tried countless eyeliners that claim to be smooth. When I ordered an eyeliner the pencil makers claimed it went smoothly and to my disappointment when I received it and tried to apply it was just more a waste of money for a product that didn't make the cut BUT eventually this is it Product continues smooth and holds. I will definitely buy this eyeliner again.
