I was very disappointed with this product. This Step2 product, which is usually such a high-end brand, was defective and imperfect, but I was able to make adjustments to make the product usable. First, the two front wheels should be the same, which is not the case. Only 1 of them had drilled a hole. I had to manually drill another wheel to make it work. Another downside was that there was very sharp-edged molten plastic in the grip area. It's not safe at all. I had to melt the sharp plastic to make it smooth as I don't want to compromise my child's safety. I do not recommend this product due to defects that should have been identified during quality inspection before shipping to customers.
