I'm new to this stuff so after reading the reviews I expected it to be very easy. Although half was easy and the other half wasn't. I found the instructions didn't really go into detail, just very quick and concise on the basics of how to do it. As a beginner, I needed more information, specifically what each tool is and how to use it, how to clean and store food and utensils, and more detailed instructions on what not to do. The kit seems to have everything you could possibly need (newbie so don't know what's missing). Very nicely packaged! I wish it came with a heat lamp, but that was definitely not the deciding factor. Highly recommended, but not for beginners.
