Amazing protector.
I bought this thread to make face masks as a donation. I haven't sewn for a long time, so I didn't know what to expect. This is a great thread. It sews through 12 layers of cotton and stays strong. I used about half the cone and it only broke twice for me (I suspect there might have been knots). In my opinion it is a little heavier than the universal thread. The investment is worth it.
