So helpful for even little companies like ours who don't need much assistance per se
It is very easy to use, it has most of my needs which I can access with just one click from any device or location! The support team are amazing too - they always respond in under an hour (sometimes less). Very simple interface that's not overwhelming but still gives you what your looking at without having loads more options than necessary- perfect if this suits how busy/small business operates as well! Perfectly suited our small size organisation so far :D Have no dislikes yet really :) Definitely recommend trying out their free trial first though!! We're using them mainly because we have such limited resources within staff currently & wish there was somewhere else where some extra help could be found easily when needed rather then needing several people going off half way through tasks etc.- saving us time by consolidating all data into 1 place instead of multiple spreadsheets / emails sent back n forth between different departments.
