Great pad for the knees but will flatten out over time.

I received this item in December 2019. Here we are in August 2020: I used this pillow every night, I even take it with me when I travel. It definitely helps with my back pain and is very comfortable. The only problem is that the pillow seems to be worn out now - it's advertised as never flattening, but I can say mine definitely flattened out. Maybe after this time it's ok but just thought I'd let others know. Also, it would be really cool if the company had a cooling pad for that.
