He's doing his job. BUT.
I doubt I will buy from this company again, at least toothbrush heads. There is a small gap between the rubber (silicone?) on the underside of the brush head that allows water and saliva to enter the chamber of the "working part" of the toothbrush. I had to clean it with isopropyl alcohol often, about every other day, not just when changing heads. It's a nuisance and germ-inducing as we get more and more strict about bacteria and the like. However, it cleaned my teeth/gums as intended.
