Make sure you use the same screws you unscrew them on so the screw fits snugly. That's the first difficult thing I found. 3) Try assembling the right armrest first, try the screws for the chair back first, then the screws for the seat, but here's the trick: to make them fit together, you don't have to screw in all the screws, instead you just have to insert all the screws directly into the holes in just 2 turns to get them into their holes and avoid them falling out.
