A half gallon water bottle is awesome! Drinking more water has helped me, not because of the words on the bottle, but simply because it contains more water. I don't have to leave my desk or sofa that often. I used to use 32 ounces. Bullet cans and it emptied so quickly I didn't want to refill it. And since they have kittens, they will always try to drink water from my glass. It's nice to have one that they can't get into. I don't mind that it's plastic either. Although I usually only use one jar, it's not practical to keep filling the jar all the time. I only use it at home so it's not difficult to carry around. If I went on a long trip, I would take it with me. I feel like they are a bit fragile. I try to always open and close the lid with the base of the lid, not the handle. The button you push to open the bottle jumped up one day and broke shortly after I got back. I liked this bottle so much that I immediately ordered a second one. I press the button very gently, it seems to be the weakest part of the bottle. For the price, however, this is a very good deal. I've tried a few other motivational bottles and this one was my favorite, both for its strength and simple looks. The handle feels like it holds the weight well. I didn't like bottles with wrist straps, preferring this stiff grip. Love it! Ouch! And so easy to clean!
