So I'm between medium to tall but I carry my weight on my hips/abs so I ordered XL, it fits but as I carry my weight I could go in size XXL be better. It was still cute, but the flash was awful! You could hardly move it up or down because it was stuck for no reason, so it definitely needs a second person with some muscle strength to get you in or out. There was also an odd gap in front where the sleeve holes are around the front of the shoulder, but I was able to tuck it in so it wasn't noticeable.
