I've had the backpack for a month and a half and I love it. Definitely a must-buy as the PS5 doesn't fit in any of my luggage. It's cute and very well built. There are no build quality issues. My biggest annoyance is that I had to remove the base to fit my PS5 in there, but other than that very small thing, it goes with everything and holds up well.
