I had surgery and was looking for a comfortable way to support my leg while sleeping on my side. I've tried all sorts of pillows, in fact my basement is full. They either didn't stay in place or were very hot due to the material. I finally stumbled across this 100% cotton G pillow and I love it! It stays in place, and since both the padding and cover are 100% cotton, I don't overheat. I should have added that the customer service from this company is excellent. I asked for an extra pillow set which was not initially offered. I contacted the company and they emailed me the same day, discussed what I was looking for and created an additional set of cases! Have you ever heard of a company that does this! I can't say enough about how it made me feel.
