It's easy to use as well as fast! I like that it doesn't have any confusing bells and whistles or too many options. The search bar can sometimes be inaccurate. It looks for words at a specific point in time and not the whole word. You must type the whole word to get everything searched. I also find sometimes there is no result for all keywords used. But once you figure out what your looking for, it usually returns the correct results. Keep using it, its great! We've been able to find information very quickly since we started using. The ability to find property records and vital statistics has been very helpful. They are very friendly with me when I call in to inquire about my title search needs! The price is reasonable for how much you get as far as coverage goes (I have never been charged more than $30 per record). There was nothing that really stood out but they were great at what we needed them too do; it wasn't anything bad either. We used them because their pricing seemed fair compared to other companies around us who had higher prices and didn't give our office access to as many records like theirs did.
