Came in a damaged box. Haven't thought much about it. Installed and set up a motion shock detector! It's very windy. near feet, does not recognize. Not detected at 10ft. How about 15 feet. does not recognize. 360 degree motion detection. much luck. . does not recognize. Made from cheap plastic. Was curious if it's waterproof (it should be, but it doesn't say anything about it in the documentation etc.). Called tech support and tried to explain. "It's waterproof," the operator on the phone told me, "Ah sir, I don't understand you. ". "WHAT! You can't understand me!?!" So yes, they spoke to people of different nationalities several times before I got a call from someone I CAN understand, and yet they kept reading the description of OTHERS Cameras ZMODO, which were waterproof, kept telling this clown that I wanted to know if there was a TORCH. was waterproof. Customer service is a foreign joke. Anyway, I installed the block in the mount, let's see what happens. I taped the seams in case water gets on the unit.
