Gold and Silver have a diamond pattern that will not fully adhere even after multiple passes. Other smoother ones work great. At first I was angry that the tubes were so small, but after using a full roll of another brand I realized the convenience of these smaller tubes. The sheets are really thin, so much so that I didn't realize I had three sheets together when I made my first foil project with this brand, making it difficult to use easily. And you have to take all the leaves out of the tube to use one and then roll them all back up, which caused me a problem getting them back into the tube without a few tries. I will buy more if they have slick gold versions which is what I need most and now I'm aware of the thinness. They're economical in sets too, which is a plus, but I want to get the colors I wanted in these sets. I only needed two of the six and these were the diamond cut ones that didn't fit. I had to change the color scheme.
