I'll start by not feeling the same quality as $500+ chairs BUT it's not a bad chair. Ordered another brand chair before this purchase. After about 2 hours it stopped rising. I ordered this one after sending the first one back and I'm happy with it. It was easy to assemble and looks beautiful. It definitely holds up to 320 pounds, so I'm assuming it can handle the advertised weight. It feels a little wobbly compared to more expensive chairs. I would recommend some form of thread lock when reassembling as the bolts will need to be retightened from time to time, but I expect this with cheaper brands. Much better quality material compared to similarly priced chairs I've tried, but it's not top quality either. My only real complaint is that this is designed for taller folks, but it has racing seats that tend to "hug" wider frames, and the seat isn't made for an 8-hour day at the office. But if you're a casual gamer or just want something that looks decent, works well and doesn't cost you big brand prices, get this.
