Soft yet durable for pads and positioning aids

Bought for my wife. She loves it. She sleeps on her side but likes to place a pillow between her knees and ankles and rest her hand on them. This pillow is soft to the touch but firm enough to hold its shape. The cooling gel is a nice addition.
