Review on πŸ’Ό Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio for iPad 5: Sleek and Stylish Carbon Black Edition by Derek Faseworld

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Despite its "problems " this is a GREAT keyboard for the right people.

I LOVE this keyboard for all of the reasons all the other reviewers have given and I agree with the design issues mentioned. That being said, I've had mine since the iPad Air came out a few years later and it's performed as flawlessly as possible within its limitations. After so much use over the past few years, some keys finally start working when I open them and start typing. Once they start working again they're fine until I have to use the case and open it again. I may have to click on the ones that keep getting upset to get them working again. This has only started in the last few weeks but more and more keys are being affected so it's time for a new one and as you can see from the photos this one is GOOD worn. The reasons I'm getting another one are (1) because I haven't seen anything else SIMPLE and completely PROTECTIVE encases an iPad, and (2) while it's not glamorous, I definitely have a suitable low-tech solution for the problem of frame cracks found stuck in this product and worked for me. A cheap clip with rubber tips that holds the iPad very well (see photo). (3) None of the other keyboard cases are as easily wiped clean and DUST/DIRT RESISTANT as this one, making them great in the field. for me in dusty construction environments. I hope my new one performs as well or better than this one, but at least I know what to expect from it. Actually, I use this keyboard to type this review.
