I'm 6'4", 260 lbs, XXL arms. The stock controllers looked like little toys. Always worried they would fly off when the VR boxes are going at full speed. Controllers feel daytime and night better.The grip is perfect for me now.I'm surprised how good the standard Oculus Quest 2 controllers feel now.The black velcro strap ensures a snug fit so you can box at full speed without worry having to make the controllers fly out of your hand. Must have. Good protection for controllers. I can't tell you how they will feel if you have smaller hands as they increase grip strength. NOTE: Get it white, not black.The controllers have LEDs and emit things around them that you can't see.Black when misaligned and even aligned absorbs light at angles and can trac cause king problems, while white reflects and even transmits light, as is the case with the plastic shell of controllers. You can also wrap the original white straps around the black velcro on the bottom as in the second picture to keep them out of the way. They are not needed as the black velcro is much more secure.
