I liked that my website was built in such a way as to allow me to update it myself without requiring any technical knowledge or coding skills. The support team is very good at responding quickly when issues arise with our site. There are some features which could be improved - e.g. adding more pages for content marketing. It's not always easy to find something specific to ask about so being able to get quick responses from someone who knows what they're talking about has been invaluable. We were looking for an agency who would take us through every step along the process, ensuring everything went smoothly. They did this really well.
