I was painting cement walls in my class and it's almost impossible to put anything on it. Command hooks fall off, duct tape falls off, duct tape lasts a day or two. I wanted to hang a holder for children's folders on a wall, but it just didn't work out. The sturdy hooks only lasted a day or two and then fell off when the child first tugged at the hanger a little. I was disappointed when I received these hooks as they said they would not work on rough or painted surfaces. I decided to give it a try anyway and I'm glad I did! They have lasted a week now and I can put them on without moving. I don't really care if the color comes off afterwards. I'm just thrilled that they work!
