There are no instructions for it, and if you've never used it, you need instructions.

Be very careful, it's called a circuit breaker but don't expect it to actually break your circuit or open itself. Without instructions you are more likely to break the chain and tool. The tool is VERY brittle metal. It will bend and break if not done right. If you only need it to remove large pins I assume this will work.
