Update: I've moved into a new apartment with a drain that isn't fast enough for this suction cup so I decided to measure the flow to see if the drain or the shower is to blame. heads. I feel like I can shower twice as fast when I want to because I just wash a lot faster. But I don't want it to be that comfortable. The only downside is that it seems to use more water than my previous shower head, which was one of the water saving ones. At least I think so because I run out of hot water a few minutes faster. It's worth it.
