The user interface is intuitive to new users, as well as experienced ones. This system can handle multiple warehouse locations very effectively. It's quick when it comes time to add items to the database from other sites or even third party providers like eBay. Sometimes I have some issues trying to get certain data into this program (eBay item number, etc.) but nothing too major. We are able to track our order fulfillment extremely accurately and easily using SOPs within this software. Our managers also love how easy they find it to update stock levels at all warehouses across the country. They don't worry about whether an item has actually shipped because everything happens through this application. We've had no issues with any of our customer relationships thus far.
