I bought this product because the mask causes pain in the back of the ears after wearing masks for a long time and puts pressure on the nose and mouth making it difficult to breathe. The plastic nose and mouth cap is comfortable and doesn't cut my face like I thought it would. It has a nose cutout so you know how to wear it. The back straps take the strain off my ears while maintaining a snug fit. Since there were five in the package, I gifted them to family members who are also happy with the fit. If I had to buy them again I would definitely do it!
