Great customer care and great quality. Our son needed it for a costume for a school play. He is a size 10 so we bought that size. The size was too small. Since we were short on time, we worked with him. The quality of the jacket was higher than expected for the price. Overall very happy with the jacket. Pants fit perfectly at the waist (adjustable elastic bands inside) but are not hemmed. That worked well for us. Due to the upcoming dress rehearsal, we were limited in time to receive the product. We exchanged emails with the company and they responded quickly and were able to meet our deadlines. Very friendly and great service. Would shop from these people again.
