Good straps for support

These do *alright* to help reduce some wear on the palms, particularly on pullups. I don't cross-fit, so I can't tell you how they may help for those activities. But for basic weightlifting and pullups, they do seem to help although the finger holes took a while to "shape" to my fingers. I don't have large fingers, so that's something to keep in mind. They add a little support in a restrictive-sense to keep the hands somewhat rigid so as not to strain the wrists, which I find helpful. The wrist straps are hard to get right, but if you had a buddy help then that would solve that problem.
