So this product is exactly what I need so I'm giving it 5 stars. I use it as a small shelf above my computer monitor cords for my cat to sit on the shelf instead of my cords because cats. In other words, I use it for a project that has nothing to do with its purpose. Having said that, you need to understand how cheaply this product is made. Yes, yes, all furniture is now made cheaply. No, you don't understand. It's not even chipboard. It's literally thick cardstock with washi tape on it in the style of the wood color you choose. The tape doesn't even fully cover the surface on the sticky sides so you can actually see the cardboard underneath. Speaking of which, there are tiny dowels, but the pieces are literally taped together with strips of 3M tape, and bad ones. You can tear off the adhesive tape from the washi tape applied to the box without any effort. I mean, it's really VERY cheaply made. This is absolutely amazing, by the way. And that's the beauty; this works, at least for what i need. I can't say anything about what you need to do. :)
