I came across this chair because it looked decent for long term use and had a decent aesthetic too. To be honest, I like almost everything about it. However, I had 2 main problems.1. The chair does not rise or fall! It's constantly in the lowest position and as you can see in my video the lever doesn't work. Completely ergonomically inadequate and fundamentally unsuitable for my needs without the ability to lift.2. The next big problem is that I contacted the seller twice about this and didn't even get a response. I even received an email from the seller asking him to let him know of any issues I had with the chair and I replied using the link he provided. No Answer. I could understand if it was a $50-$100 chair that sometimes things don't work. It's significantly larger and should work - or if it doesn't, send in replacements if they don't work. Very disappointed, especially since I like the chair very much. Buyer Warning.
