Review on Stylish Western Floral Engraved Tooled Leather Women's Belts and Accessories by Rich Rickenbaugh

I ordered this belt in a medium size and the size seemed a little big to me so I ordered a small. One turned out to be some kind of leather, and the other was off, I don't know what. It's stamped as leather but I can't believe it. Both belts have the same embossing, but are clearly made of different materials. I decided to keep the first one (the big one) but the smaller one is cheap and poorly made so I'll be returning it. Poor quality feels like cardboard and not stretchy at all. The same belt from two different manufacturers. Poor quality control of this item.
