Review on Samsung Galaxy A22s 5G Smartphone 4/128 GB RU, grey by Dorota Dorota ᠌

Not worth taking this, doesn't meet any standards.

Regretted the purchase. And I was disappointed in Samsung, I will not buy their products anymore. Recently the quality has become much worse than a few years ago. Not only on this phone I was convinced. Why did you regret it: - the screen is not automatically locked during a call. I could not force it in any way and settings. As a result, while you are talking, the phone lives its own life - it presses something, writes and sends some sms by itself, dials and calls someone, does something in applications, in general, horror! - the fingerprint scanner on the lock button was extremely inconvenient. If you set it to a finger that fits comfortably on the button, you will accidentally unlock the phone when not needed; if you set it to an uncomfortable finger, then, of course, it will be inconvenient to unlock it. In addition, the scanner recognizes fingers very poorly, only after a few attempts. And after three months, it broke down for me at all, not a single application sees it, and Android itself does not see fingers in the settings either; - six months later, I can't use the phone for its intended purpose - in normal conversation mode, I can't hear the interlocutor, but he can't hear me. Only speakerphone helps, which is completely unacceptable in 95% of cases; - the quality of the photos also upset me a little, on my old and cheaper phone they were much clearer, brighter and better. Plus, software blurring of the background looks terrible in general: sharp edges are visible, what is not needed is blurred. - on trifles, you can still find fault with a bunch of nuances: for some reason there is no encrypted folder, you can’t display an arbitrary long text on the lock screen, only a very short one (and this is important to me), etc. None of these problems were on the older and cheaper phone. Conclusion: do not recommend.

Pros
  • - looks good; - works quite smoothly.
Cons
  • - the screen is not blocked during a conversation; - the fingerprint scanner is terrible: inconveniently located, recognizes on the fifth try, broke after three months; - photos turn out worse than on my old and cheaper phone; - after six months of work, a normal conversation stopped working, only on the speakerphone, otherwise neither the interlocutor can hear you, nor you.
