Works as advertised. I used them for a porch with two spotlights. I didn't want to install a separate photocell in the junction box and my house is older so there is no neutral wire in the junction box. So, the next easiest option is light bulbs with a built-in photocell that turns them on and off automatically from dusk to dawn. I just changed the bulbs and put in new ones, they work great. Bright enough and the photo sensor works well. Don't forget to switch your patio lights on or off again. Winning is winning in my book. I would buy them again.
