Excessive Shrinkage
I have carefully followed the washing and drying instructions for this duvet. It shrunk 20% in the first wash (from 90" wide to 72"). Now it barely fits on my bed. Also, my lint dryer was full. I've washed the duvet three times and the lint filter was full every time. I also found lint balls in my washing machine after washing. The blanket gets thinner with every wash and is no longer soft.
