I like that it integrates well within our own systems of Salesforce & Sage 50 Accounts Payable/Receivable but also other external partners such as ShipStation or UPS for example - so we can see all shipments from one place! It's not user friendly when logging out at times especially if using multiple computers simultaneously (or having problems accessing). We are able solve issues by refreshing cache each time which takes some getting used too though sometimes this doesn't work either? Sometimes there isn’t enough detail about what was shipped e.g. product code etc., just quantity only would be helpful here rather than needing extra clicks through several screens before finding details via drop down menus instead maybe have more options available straight away without need clicking around looking first?!
