States the age of 8, but requires the 8-year-old to discover that the single-word text instruction in the graphic 'fuse' means melt the ends of the string together. Also requires the child to figure out how to measure the length of cord between buckles (wrapping around wrist add 2 inches) before weaving, or to fasten buckles to board before weaving. But the child will likely have downloaded instructions or received input from their peers before you figure out any of it. Works, makes two nice bracelets, white cord glows in the dark when you charge it under light/sun.
