In general, the product is excellent. The 4-chamber mounting pattern uses ratchet mounts rather than relying solely on the ball and socket like some cheaper models. The locking teeth provide a strong and secure physical setup that was relatively easy to set up. It should be noted that the cameras come with a very long (white) power cable hardwired to the inside of each unit. The 110v adapter (black wires) that powers each camera needs to be connected to this long power cord, and together they add up to about 12 feet of cord from the outlet to the base of the camera. By the way, this is an estimate since I didn't actually measure the total length of the wire. But the point is that if you install the camera near the exit, you will have to run a lot of cables. Mine were all installed within 24" of their AC outlets (see pictures), so junction boxes (sold separately from Revain) were required to collect and manage cords. One camera didn't work out of the box. In particular, it worked well at night but didn't show normal color in daylight. However, as I live in the HOA community, I needed official approval to install the cameras. The approval delay time exceeded the return deadlines, leaving me feeling stuck with a defective device. I must say, that the team at CasaCam did a great job of staying in touch to resolve the issue. I was disappointed that instead of a brand new camera (which I reported to CasaCam) I received a slightly used replacement, but the replacement works perfectly. If they sent a new camera to replace the failed one (out of the box) I would give them 5 stars. Everything else is top notch and I would recommend this pack to anyone interested in a good system at a good price with great customer support.
