Review on Sweese 150 002 Porcelain Dinner Plates by Michael Hogate

Beautifully designed product in cheerful colors and shapes, functional. until everything starts to break. I bought a set of cereal bowls, pasta bowls, small plates and dinner plates in matching colors. In less than six months I have two bowls of pasta with huge chips and two plates that literally cracked in the middle. I contacted support about the first broken disk which happened a month after purchase. Customer service informed me that they could not replace the panel in that color and offered me a $5 refund. I told them I was refunded $5 for a series of meals worth about $300 that I no longer have suitable kits for and which seemed really inappropriate to me. They sent me a new set of small plates. Since then they have ignored all my messages even though the dishes come with a one year warranty which I signed up for.
