Review on πŸͺ‘ Table-Mate XL TV Tray - Convenient and Compact Foldable Table Trays for Dining, Workstation, and Sofa - Sleek Silver Design by Christine Sanchez

Very satisfied, but here are some tips.

I bought this table with no doubt that it would fit my elderly mother. I was concerned it would be too unstable and could accidentally tip over or flip over on an accidental bump. Fortunately, I'm quite happy with these small comments and changes. 1) In my first photo, I point out the small pin on the U-tube that should go into the large clips on the bottom of the top. This will prevent the U-tube from slipping sideways, which is probably unlikely as the latch will fit. However, this is clearly by design, but is not indicated in the instructions. 2) Regarding the table accidentally unfolding when detaching the "Solid Rod" from the "Hooks", I drilled two small holes and used a coupler. so it doesn't loosen up. Otherwise, simply lifting the countertop will cause the lid to come loose and collapse. Not only did we use it with the sofa, we also lifted the table slightly and carried it to the kitchen so Mom could help with some simple prep. gave this 5 stars if they solved these problems, but luckily for you it's easy to crack. UPDATE April 2020: I just bought my third Table Mate XL. I also use it as an extra desk at work in the office and also take it with me on business trips when I need to work at the desk in the room.
