For the price this is a very satisfactory belt and one of the few double hole belts available. The canvas quality is good, I had no problems with the buckle or grommets. In daily use for a few months, no signs of wear. However, choosing the best size is somewhat speculative. Sizes are not in inches but as small, medium, large, extra large etc. I have a 38" waist and based on other reviews I ordered a size XL. Fits, but the tail is longer than ideal. If I had to make it again I would order a larger one. After fighting the excess length for three months, I snipped off a few extra inches with a pair of sharp scissors. Luckily for me, the strap is synthetic canvas; You could seal the end with a match.
