I love beets! I usually eat a can a week, alternating veggies with different meals. But I can't eat them every day, and seeing their health benefits makes me wish I could. So for me this is the perfect answer. I love fruit smoothies and prefer not to add any veggies, so I prefer to just sprinkle them over my dinner. I also make this with nutritional yeast, morning powder, and shiitake mushroom powder. So my plan is to include it in my rotation on the days I don't eat beets.
