I never write reviews but after reading all the negative reviews on here and trying the product myself I had to clarify. This product is AMAZING. It's easy to use and actually a lot less painful than going to a salon for a professional wax, which pleasantly surprised me. I have very sensitive skin to the point where I can't even use a razor or I'll have horrible corns for weeks and it has left my skin silky smooth. No irritation. As for any reviewers who say they were skinned or scalded. That's common sense, but wait for the gel to cool before applying boiling hot liquid to your skin. Wait for the consistency of the honey as indicated in the instructions. I've used wider wood applicators purchased separately and they worked better. That's the only thing missing. I am seriously in love with this product and may never go to a salon again! Thank you Nad!
