Not quite as advertised
Not in 12x12 or hardcover. This scrapbook is 11 x 11.5 so I have to cut every 12 x 12 paper I put in it. Of course, you should always kern the spiral book a bit, but not like this. The back is also pretty hard, but the front isn't much more durable than the sides, which are pretty brittle. I bought it because the regular book I use was sold out. It works, but I won't buy it again.
