Edit: Upgrade to 3 stars for customer service. I contacted the seller and he offered to send me another pack of beads. The new package came from E and the response from customer service (once I figured out how to contact them) was good. I would like to upgrade them to 4 stars but I'm still a bit disappointed with the way they distribute letters. Yes, there are a few E's in the new pack, but not that many considering it's the most common letter in the English language. And in the new pack there are only a few A. Original: This is the most common letter in the English language, but for some reason none of them were in this pack. I realize this may be a somewhat random distribution of letters, but there's certainly a way to make sure you include some of those important vowels. Because without this filter it is quite difficult to create letters or basic phrases!
